Best seat booking
In best seat booking, you decide on a seat category and select the number of required tickets. Automatic seat allocation takes place within the selected category, and you will receive the best available seats. Numbered seats are generally adjacent and located next to each other
Seating chart booking
With booking based on seating, you personally select the exact seats you want using the graphic seating chart. Start the booking based on seating and decide on an area. There you can select seats by clicking with the mouse. The booking based on seating is not offered for some events.
General admission
This means that you can freely select your seat using your ticket in accordance with local conditions. Generally, these are standing room tickets, but in some cases seats are also available.
Currently not available
This means that the ticket contingent we have available is currently exhausted. We will make every effort to obtain a new contingent from the Organizer, if you’re interested in new seats availability please check our website regularly.
Ticket Outlets only
This means that the event will take place shortly and ticket delivery is no longer possible. Tickets may still be available at TicketOne Outlets or at the venue Box Office.
Reduced tickets
Reduced tickets can often be booked for children, students and senior citizens, for example. These will be identified in the seat categories. The Organizer is directly responsible for wheelchair seats, please use the organizer link available on the event in order to obtain more information about these requests.

TicketOne is not the promoter of the event, but provides for distributing tickets on behalf of the promoter. Consequently, the kind of seat to be offered for sale from time to time by TicketOne, as well as the procedures and the extent of Tickets reimbursement in case of cancellation of the event, are solely consequence of the promoters decisions, with the exclusion of any intervention and responsibility of TicketOne.
In the case of cancellation of the event, non-complying with the procedures to be indicated by the promoter for the tickets reimbursement may imply forfeiture of the right to obtain such reimbursement. The Promoter is entitled not to refund the quota part of the price corresponding to the pre-sale fee. In no event the service fees charged by TicketOne shall be refunded.

In autobus
Il centro della città è collegato con i comuni limitrofi e il Lago di Garda da un servizio pubblico di autobus di colore blu.
La stazione degli autobus si trova di fronte alla Stazione FS di Verona Porta Nuova.
In treno
La stazione principale è VERONA PORTA NUOVA, che si trova all'incrocio tra la linea Milano - Venezia e la linea Brennero - Roma.
Esistono collegamenti con tutte le maggiori stazioni ferroviarie italiane per mezzo di treni diretti, Intercity e Eurostar durante tutto l'arco della giornata.
Dalla stazione si può accedere agli autobus per il centro, con fermata in Piazza Bra, la piazza centrale dove si trova l'Anfiteatro Arena.
Le linee per raggiungere il centro sono: 11, 12, 13, 14, 72 e 73.
In Aereo
L'Aeroporto Valerio Catullo di Verona Villafranca si trova a circa 10 chilometri dal centro città, in direzione sud-ovest. Presso l'Aeroporto Catullo operano varie compagnie aeree tra cui Air Dolomiti.
È disponibile un servizio di autobus navetta dall'aeroporto alla Stazione FS di Porta Nuova e viceversa. La fermata dell'autobus si trova davanti alla stazione ferroviaria di Porta Nuova. Anche l'Aeroporto Gabriele D'Annunzio di Brescia Montichiari, a 52 Km da Verona, è collegato alla Stazione FS di Verona Porta Nuova da una navetta che effettua il servizio di collegamento due volte al giorno. Anche la fermata di questa navetta si trova davanti alla Stazione FS di Verona Porta Nuova.
By road
- Autostrada A4 Serenissima Milano - Venezia, uscendo a Verona Sud
- la A22 Brennero - Modena, raggiungendo il raccordo con la A4 in direzione Venezia con uscita a Verona Sud.
Arrivati all'uscita dal casello autostradale seguire l'indicazione con la dicitura "tutte le direzioni"
Parking
Per parcheggiare vicino all’Arena è possibile servirsi di “Parcheggio Arena” in via Bentegodi.
