HAVE YOU BOUGHT A NOMINATIVE TICKET EVENT AND YOU HAVE TO CHANGE THE NAME PRINTED ON THE TICKET?

In order to proceed you need to provide the following necessary details:

Surname and Name printed on the ticket, Fiscal seal or Barcode

Access the event page and select the date you are interested in - you will find all the information in a yellow box.

DO YOU HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED? WELL, YOU JUST HAVE TO PROCEED AS FOLLOWS:

Access your personal area

If tickets have been purchased online at the TicketOne website or through TicketOne Call Center:

  • ARE you the order holder? You can repersonalize all the tickets by logging into your  personal area
  • ARE YOU NOT the order holder but the individual ticket holder? If you do not already have an account, REGISTER at the site.

Please note. In order to proceed with the repersonalization, the NAME and SURNAME of the account must MATCH PERFECTLY those printed on the ticket.

If tickets have been purchased purchased through a Point of Sale or the Business and Group Services Office:

  • If you do not already have an account, REGISTER at the site.

Select Change Name section 

Enter Surname, Name, Fiscal seal or Barcode

Check carefully that Name and Surname have been entered in the correct field

Access the repersonalization process and provide the new user's information
The cost for repersonalizing your ticket is € 5.00 (VAT inluded) for each ticket, and the related delivery costs, if required..

It is also possible to make the change at TicketOne Points of Sale or at the event venue (we recommend in this case to arrive with due advance). Please note: the timings of the name change service are decided by the event organizer and indicated by TicketOne in the specific event page..

Attention! At the event entrance, together with the ticket, you will be asked to present your ID to authorize the access to the event. In case of mismatch, you will not be allowed to partcipate to the event, and no refund will be due.
