TicketOne – Ethical Code

With reference to Legislative Decree n. 231 of 8th June 2001, which introduced into the Italian legal system the “administrative responsibility” for companies, TicketOne S.p.A. implemented an organizational, management and control Model according to the provisions of the aforementioned legislation. The document The Principles of the Organizational Model summarizes such propositions.

The Board of Directors of TicketOne S.p.A. held on 1st October 2015 approved the Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 and established a Supervisory Board. The Model is constantly updated according to current regulations.

The Board of Directors also approved the Ethical Code, a document enclosing the values and principles in which the company identifies itself and which are binding for the staff and all the collaborators. Under no circumstances can the conviction of acting for the benefit of the company justify the adoption of practices contravening these principles.

The synergies existing between the Ethical Code and the 231 Model are underlined by the appointment of the Supervisory Board as Guarantor of the Ethical Code with the task to promote and monitor the implementation of the principles.

TICKETONE - WHISTLEBLOWING

The Company has adopted a Reporting Management Procedure that complies with the relevant regulatory requirements (Legislative Decree 24/2023). 
The Procedure applies only to the persons expressly provided for in Legislative Decree 24/2023 (for example: personnel of the Company or freelancers who have a contract with the Company) who have become aware of violations (as provided for in the Procedure) in the context of their work.
The Procedure does not apply to customer requests related to ticket sales or other services.
It should be noted that only and exclusively reports will be taken into consideration: (i) made by the persons entitled under the Procedure and/or Legislative Decree 24/2023; (ii) for the violations indicated therein; (iii) made through the channels specifically designated.
Only when these conditions are met the reporter will benefit from the protections indicated in the Procedure and/or Legislative Decree 24/2023.
As part of the whistleblowing management process, personal data are processed in compliance with the relevant legislation in force (EU Regulation 2016/679).

TicketOne - Digital Services Act (DSA)

According to Art. 15 para. 1 DSA, TicketOne is obliged to make publicly available once a year transparency reports on any content moderation in which is engaged.

TICKETONE - QUALITY

Since 2007 TicketOne S.p.A. has implemented a Quality Management System in compliance with the requirements of the international standard UNI EN ISO 9001, a tool that enables organisations to operate more effectively and efficiently, reducing errors in the production and delivery of services. 

The system is based on a series of principles, including a strong customer satisfaction orientation, a process approach based on risk analysis, monitoring and measuring performance through objective parameters, and continuous improvement.

The certification of the System by an accredited third party testifies to TicketOne S.p.A.'s ability to regularly supply products and services that meet customer requirements and applicable mandatory requirements, and to constantly increase the quality of its performance.

TICKETONE - ENVIRONMENT

In 2025 TicketOne S.p.A. obtained certification by an accredited third party of its Environmental Management System, developed in compliance with the requirements of the international standard UNI EN ISO 14001.

The ISO 14001 system is aimed at supporting organisations in the management of the environmental aspects inherent in their processes, increasing their ability to safeguard the natural environment from pollution and the depletion of resources, resulting from normal operating activities and potential emergency situations.

The environmental system implemented by TicketOne S.p.A. also permits the achievement of various advantages, including the guarantee of full compliance with mandatory regulations and the rationalisation of the use of raw materials and energy sources.
