TicketOne Gift Voucher is a prepaid card that may be used to make purchases only at TicketOne.it and TicketOne APP. You can buy the card at TicketOne.it and print it through print@home. You can personalize your TicketOne gift voucher to suit the occasion. To do this, select a design of your choice and customize the personal message. After you have selected the desired amount, you can add the voucher to the shopping cart.

The TicketOne Gift Voucher is a prepaid voucher that can be used to purchase tickets for all events on sale directly on the website www.ticketone.it and via the TicketOne app. The only exceptions are events that can be purchased on the sport.ticketone.it platform dedicated to certain sporting events such as football, rugby and basketball matches.

TicketOne  Gift Voucher is automatically active after purchase.

The balance may be used no later than 12 months after the card has been activated. The amount can be used for one or more purchases until the sell-out..

The Gift Voucher can’t be recharged, refund, changed or used to purchase another TicketOne Gift Voucher.

If your order total is more than your gift card funds, the extra can be paid for by your preferred payment method.

Warning: In case of contest*, the Gift Voucher is intended to be activated when you receive it and it can be used till the date communicated and/or shawn in the regulation associated to the contest.

Buying online at TicketOne.it and making a payment through TicketOne gift card is quick and easy! .

• Search the event you want to buy on TicketOne.it and TicketOne APP *.
• Proceed to purchase and once you are in the CART enter the Voucher Code you received in the "Spend your Voucher" field and confirm. The value of the voucher used will be deducted from your order amount. If you have multiple TicketOne vouchers you can enter them in succession.
• If you need to pay an amount over the value of your Gift Card, select your preferred payment method and enter payment details. If you have left over credit it will remain in your Card for you to use at a later time. Please check the expiry date of this remaining credit
• Close the transaction and enjoy!

The risk of loss and title for TicketOne Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our transmission. TicketOne is not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if your TicketOne Gift Card is used without your permission. TicketOne Gift Card can’t be resold.
