eTicket
The eTicket is the TicketOne electronic ticket that must be downloaded and saved directly on your smartphone, it does not have to be printed and will not be sent home. To access the event it will be sufficient to present the ticket saved on the smartphone to the access control for reading the relative code (QR code).

Stampa@casa is the TicketOne ticket in PDF format to be saved on your smartphone or printed independently using a normal printer.

Best seat booking
In best seat booking, you decide on a seat category and select the number of required tickets. Automatic seat allocation takes place within the selected category, and you will receive the best available seats. Numbered seats are generally adjacent and located next to each other
Seating chart booking
With booking based on seating, you personally select the exact seats you want using the graphic seating chart. Start the booking based on seating and decide on an area. There you can select seats by clicking with the mouse. The booking based on seating is not offered for some events.
General admission
This means that you can freely select your seat using your ticket in accordance with local conditions. Generally, these are standing room tickets, but in some cases seats are also available.
Currently not available
This means that the ticket contingent we have available is currently exhausted. We will make every effort to obtain a new contingent from the Organizer, if you’re interested in new seats availability please check our website regularly.
Ticket Outlets only
This means that the event will take place shortly and ticket delivery is no longer possible. Tickets may still be available at TicketOne Outlets or at the venue Box Office.
Reduced tickets
Reduced tickets can often be booked for children, students and senior citizens, for example. These will be identified in the seat categories. The Organizer is directly responsible for wheelchair seats, please use the organizer link available on the event in order to obtain more information about these requests.
Information on promoter
Note:
TicketOne is not the promoter of the event, but provides for distributing tickets on behalf of the promoter. Consequently, the kind of seat to be offered for sale from time to time by TicketOne, as well as the procedures and the extent of Tickets reimbursement in case of cancellation of the event, are solely consequence of the promoters decisions, with the exclusion of any intervention and responsibility of TicketOne.
In the case of cancellation of the event, non-complying with the procedures to be indicated by the promoter for the tickets reimbursement may imply forfeiture of the right to obtain such reimbursement. The Promoter is entitled not to refund the quota part of the price corresponding to the pre-sale fee. In no event the service fees charged by TicketOne shall be refunded.

La Rocca Malatestiana di norma deve essere raggiunta a piedi.
Si può arrivare alla Rocca da 4 differenti accessi:
– 2 da Viale Mazzoni attraversando il Parco della Rimembranza: Ponte di San Martino e Monumento ai Caduti.
– 1 passando da Piazza del Popolo: salire le scalette di fronte alla Fontana Masini situata al centro della piazza.
Raggiunta Piazzetta Cesenati del 1377 imboccare sulla destra il cancello del Parco della Rimembranza e risalire il colle mantenendosi sempre sulla gradinata di sinistra. In pochi minuti si raggiunge l’ingresso principale in Via Cia degli Ordelaffi, 8.
– 1 da Via Cia degli Ordelaffi 8 passando per Via Malatesta Novello. Questo è l’ingresso principale ed è raggiungibile in auto solo se muniti di permesso, vi sono 6 posti auto.
In autobus
- Arrivo in Viale Mazzoni in corrispondenza dell' ingresso al Parco della Rimbembranza denominato Monumento ai Caduti.
Da qui tragitto a piedi in salita di circa 500 m attraverso i sentieri e le scalinate del Parco della Rimambranza, oppure passando da Piazza del Popolo: salire le scalette di fronte alla Fontana Masini situata al centro della piazza. Raggiunta Piazzetta Cesenati del 1377 imboccare sulla destra il cancello del Parco della Rimembranza e risalire il colle mantenendosi sempre sulla gradinata di sinistra. In pochi minuti si raggiunge l'ingresso principale in Via Cia degli Ordelaffi, 8.
- Passare per Via Garampa, arrivo autobus presso incrocio tra Via Garampa e Via Malatesta Novello. Da qui tragitto a piedi in pianura di circa 350 m tutto su strada non trafficata: prendere Via Malatesta Novello, oltrepassare l'arco di Porta Montanara e imboccare a sinistra Via Cia degli Ordelaffi che porta dritto all'ingresso della Fortezza.
In treno
Di fronte all'ingresso pricipale alla Stazione Ferroviaria (Piazzale Sanguinetti) prendere l'autobus linea 13 direzione Tipano e scendere alla fermata San Domenico (durata del tragitto circa 10 min). Siete in Viale Mazzoni.
By road
Uscire al casello Cesena Nord, prendere E-45 direzione Roma e seguire le indicazioni per il centro cittadino, raggiungere Viale Mazzoni o il Parcheggio cimitero.

I punti parcheggio si trovano in Viale Mazzoni e Via Bertozzi a pochi minuti di distanza a piedi.
