The eTicket is the TicketOne electronic ticket that must be downloaded and saved directly on your smartphone, it does not have to be printed and will not be sent home. Best seat booking
In best seat booking, you decide on a seat category and select the number of required tickets. Automatic seat allocation takes place within the selected category, and you will receive the best available seats. Numbered seats are generally adjacent and located next to each other
Seating chart booking
With booking based on seating, you personally select the exact seats you want using the graphic seating chart. Start the booking based on seating and decide on an area. There you can select seats by clicking with the mouse. The booking based on seating is not offered for some events.
General admission
This means that you can freely select your seat using your ticket in accordance with local conditions. Generally, these are standing room tickets, but in some cases seats are also available.

Ticket Outlets only
This means that the event will take place shortly and ticket delivery is no longer possible. Tickets may still be available at TicketOne Outlets or at the venue Box Office.
Reduced tickets
Reduced tickets can often be booked for children, students and senior citizens, for example. These will be identified in the seat categories. The Organizer is directly responsible for wheelchair seats, please use the organizer link available on the event in order to obtain more information about these requests.

TicketOne is not the promoter of the event, but provides for distributing tickets on behalf of the promoter. Consequently, the kind of seat to be offered for sale from time to time by TicketOne, as well as the procedures and the extent of Tickets reimbursement in case of cancellation of the event, are solely consequence of the promoters decisions, with the exclusion of any intervention and responsibility of TicketOne.
In the case of cancellation of the event, non-complying with the procedures to be indicated by the promoter for the tickets reimbursement may imply forfeiture of the right to obtain such reimbursement. The Promoter is entitled not to refund the quota part of the price corresponding to the pre-sale fee. In no event the service fees charged by TicketOne shall be refunded.

La stazione più vicina al "Luigi Ferraris" è Genova Brignole (la stazione dista appena 1 km dallo stadio). Da Genova Brignole sono disponibili numerosi autobus che vi consentono di raggiungere lo Stadio in pochi minuti.
Disponibili da Genova Principe, servizi navetta per lo stadio (Linea SM) in occasione di tutte le partite di campionato e autobus di linea (linee 18 e 37), anche se con frequenza minore.
In Aereo
L'Aeroporto Cristoforo Colombo sorge nel ponente della città. E' collegato al centro cittadino in circa 20 minuti con il servizio Volabus che ha il capolinea alla Stazione F.S. Principe. Da Stazione Principe troverete i servizi navetta per lo stadio (Linea SM) in occasione di tutte le partite di campionato e autobus di linea (linee 18 e 37) .
By road
La sosta nella zona circostante lo stadio è riservata agli abitanti del quartiere (ZSL).
Da Brignole è possibile trovare numerosi bus (sia linee regolari sia speciali) o procedere a piedi per raggiungere lo stadio (circa 1 km).
Uscita Genova Est
Si tratta dell'uscita più vicina allo stadio. All'uscita dello svincolo autostradale svoltare a destra in direzione centro città seguendo le indicazioni per lo stadio "Luigi Ferraris". Percorrere in direzione sud la strada lungo il fiume Bisagno per circa 1,5 km fino ad incontrare lo stadio sulla sinistra.
Uscita Genova Ovest
All'uscita dell'autostrada seguire le indicazioni peer la strada sopraelevata. Al termine della sopraelevata, svoltare a sinistra e percorrere Viale Brigata Bisagno fino a raggiungere la Stazione Brignole. Proseguire ancora dritti sotto il tunnel oltrepassando la ferrovia e poi lungo il fiume Bisagno fino ad incontrare lo stadio in fronte a voi sulla destra.
Uscita Genova Nervi
Superato lo svincolo, girare a destra e proseguite in direzione centro in Corso Europa per circa 3 km e poi sempre dritti in Corso Gastaldi e Via Tolemaide per ancora 1,5 km fino a raggiungere la Stazione Brignole. Prima della stazione imboccare il tunnel sulla destra e proseguire sempre dritti fino ad incontrare lo Stadio sulla destra.
Parking
E' consigliabile lasciare l'auto in uno dei parcheggi a pagamento presenti nella zona di Genova Brignole e proseguire a piedi o in autobus
