Lello Arena, nato Raffaele Arena a Napoli il 1° novembre 1953, è un celebre attore, comico e cabarettista italiano, noto soprattutto per aver formato negli anni '70 il trio comico La Smorfia con Massimo Troisi ed Enzo Decaro, portando la comicità napoletana alla ribalta in TV e a teatro. Ha avuto grande successo al cinema recitando nei film di Troisi come "Ricomincio da tre" e "Scusate il ritardo", vincendo un David di Donatello per quest'ultimo, e ha continuato una carriera longeva nel cinema, teatro e televisione, dirigendo anche film. La sua è una comicità inconfndibile, che unisce farsa, satira e introspezione.
