Five Finger Death Punch

Five Finger Death Punch (spesso abbreviati in 5FDP or FFDP) sono un gruppo statunitense groove/alternative metal di Los Angeles, California.

Formatosi nel 2005 la band era originariamente costituita dal cantante Ivan Moody, il chitarrista Zoltan Bathory, il chitarrista Caleb Bingham, il bassista Matt Snell, e il batterista Jeremy Spencer. Bingham fu poi sostituito dal chitarrista Darrell Roberts nel 2006, che fu poi sostituito da Jason Hook nel 2009. Il bassista Matt Snell lasciò la band nel 2010 e fu sostituito da Chris Kael nel 2011. Il loro album di debutto fu The Way of the Fist che fu pubblicato nel 2007. Dopo la sua uscita, la band, ha iniziato raggiungere il successo rapidamente. Nel 2009 esce War Is the Answer che aumenta molto la loro popolarità. Entrambi gli album vendono negli Stati Uniti più di 500.000 copie. L' 11 ottobre 2011 esce il loro terzo album American Capitalist. La band ha suonato festival musicali internazionali, tra cui Mayhem Festival nel 2008 e nel 2010, e Download Festival nel 2009 e 2010.
