A new unmissable event for Italian volleyball fans: the EuroVolley Returns to Italy!
A new must-see event for Italian volleyball fans: the Italian Volleyball Federation will once again host the European Championships, for the second consecutive time.
Following the extraordinary organizational and public success of the 2023 continental tournament—where the women’s national team played their opening match at the Verona Arena before moving on to Monza, Turin, and Florence, and the men’s team competed in Bologna, Perugia, Ancona, Bari, and Rome — the CEV has once again entrusted Italy with the organization of the 2026 Men’s European Championships. Co-hosting nations will include Bulgaria, Finland, and Romania, further confirming Italy’s central role in the European volleyball scene — not only in terms of athletic performance but also, and above all, in terms of organizational excellence.
Naples, Modena, Turin, and Milan have been selected as the host cities for this new edition, which promises to be truly spectacular. Ferdinando De Giorgi’s Italian team, reigning two-time world champions, will be expected to make a strong showing following their gold medal win in the 2021 edition in Katowice (Poland) and the silver medal earned in 2023 in Rome.
