Current information from promoters regarding rescheduled and cancelled events

The event scheduled for December 11, 2025, at PalaUnical Teatro in Mantua has been postponed to March 27, 2026. Previously purchased tickets remain valid for the new date indicated and can be used to access the event. We inform you that, as per the instructions received from the Event Organizer, if you are unable to attend on the new date set by the Organizer for this event, you can request a refund for the tickets purchased. To be considered valid, refund requests must be made by December 20, 2025, and in accordance with the procedures outlined on the page https://www.rimborsi-ticketone.it/. We therefore invite you to review these procedures now and submit your request correctly. IMPORTANT: Please check whether your ticket bears the words “TITOLO DIGITALE” (DIGITAL TICKET). If YES, you can proceed with your refund request within the specified time frame. If, on the other hand, your ticket does NOT bear these words, you must proceed with your refund request at least 9 days before the specified deadline in order to allow you to return your original ticket.
