We remind you that in order to purchase on the TicketOne website you must update and validate your account with all the required personal data, including the fiscal code for the italian customers and the mobile phone number validated through OTP (one-time password sent via SMS).
In order to buy tickets for events subject to the "Battelli" law you need to validate your account via the OTP. OTP, acronym for One Time Password, is a code you will receive via SMS to the mobile number provided during the registration or purchase process to our website.
Once you have validated your account via the OTP, you can proceed with all future purchases without having to repeat the validation of your mobile phone number. If you change the mobile phone number linked to your account you will need to proceed with a new validation via OTP.

What is credential stuffing and what can I do to protect my account?
Unfortunately attempts at cyber-attacks are becoming increasingly common on online platforms, and among the most common is credential stuffing.
What is credential stuffing?
Credential stuffing is a type of cyber-attack in which unauthorized access to an account registered on a platform is attempted, using the credentials (username/email and password) of other accounts previously stolen on websites and/or acquired on the dark web.
What can you do?
To protect yourself from a possible cyber-attack, it is extremely important not to use the same credentials on different websites and to choose a secure password by avoiding personal references (i.e., first name, last name and date of birth). We also encourage you to frequently change your password on the ticketone.co.uk website, without using those already in use on other platforms.
Do you want to change your password on the TicketOne website?
To change your password, simply login to the ticketone.it website, go to the 'My TicketOne, welcome to your personal area!' page, in the 'Personal data and consents' section, click on 'Edit' and scroll down the page to the 'Your password' section. Here you can choose and enter a new password always respecting our security requirements (at least 8 characters including upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters).

What is the “Battelli” law?
The “Battelli” law is an amendment of the Budget Law No. 145 dated December 30 2018 aiming at fighting secondary ticketing, the resale of tickets through unofficial channels at increased price.
For implementation of the law, on June, 27 2019, l’Agenzia delle Entrate (The Italian IRS) issued an order containing the enforcement measures regarding the sale or any form of placement of the admission tickets, pursuant to Article 1, paragraphs 545-bis et seq., of Law No. 232 dated December 11 2016, introduced by Article 1, paragraph 1100, of the Law No. 145 dated December 30 2018, n. 145, and the Decree of the Minister of Economy dated March 12 2028, and changes to the discipline of the ticketing systems.
What does the "Battelli" law imply?
The “Battelli” law states that the user buying official tickets online on the official ticketing platforms must be identified through the OTP (One Time Password via SMS) validation process which validates his or her mobile number, and may buy up to 10 tickets for the events with a capacity of over 1,000 seats.
For the events with a capacity of over 5,000 seats, the user must write the name and surname of the actual participant at the event on each ticket. When accessing the event, it will be checked that the ID card – original document, no copy – and the name and surname on the ticket match.
