Lucca Comics & Games: Much More Than Just a Festival

Every fall, the city of Lucca transforms into a fantasy world, where dreams take shape within its Renaissance walls and fans of comics, games,video games, movies, TV series, animation, fantasy fiction, illustration, and cosplay gather to enjoy an unforgettable experience.
Described by Variety as “the West’s largest geek gathering,” the event will celebrate its 60th anniversary in 2026. The 2025 edition concluded with more than 280,000 tickets sold, over 17,000 accredited professionals, 900 guests from around the world, 730 exhibitors, and more than 750,000 attendees over five days.
