BIKO is a transcultural association and a meeting place, open and share-friendly. It’s a social promotion activity affiliated with ARCI, whose inner life is regulated by a statute, that informs about duties and rights, the possibility of electing and being elected in the executive systems, of participating to the assemblies and expressing your opinion on social and economical life in this circle.
