Following the legislative changes to article 88 of the "Decreto Cura Italia" (Decree Law no. 18/2020), reimbursement vouchers, issued only for events postponed or cancelled due to the Covid-19 epidemiological emergency, can be used within 36 months from the date of issue.

All previous vouchers issued and trasmitted by TicketOne Spa have already been extended.

Ticketone informs that a new voucher will not be issued, the new expiry date has already been updated on the vouchers already issued and communicated.

In order to be considered valid, the reimbursement requests for cancelled events must be submitted according to the procedure clearly indicated at this page: www.ticketone.it/info-rimborsi and within the deadline indicated in the relevant tables.

For any cancelled and refunded ticket, TicketOne will send the vouchers to customers via a specific email.

Once a voucher has been issued, it could be used online at www.ticketone.it exclusively to purchase tickets for future events scheduled by the same Organizer. In order to find all events for which you can redeem your voucher, you need to enter your Voucher code in the search field at the relevant page online. 1) What is the refund Voucher introduced by the Decree Law No. 18?

Voucher is the refund method introduced by the Decree Law related to the COVID-19 emergency. It could be used online at TicketOne.it exclusively to purchase tickets for future events scheduled by the specific Organizer.

2) How can I use my refund Voucher?

A Voucher will be issued only for a specific event Organizer and it can only be redeemed against the events organized by the same event Organizer on sale on www.ticketone.it

3) When can my voucher be redeemed?

The voucher can be used starting from May 21st 2020. You can redeem it till the expiry date.

4) Does the voucher expire?

From the end of May 2020 vouchers have been issued and sent by e-mail to customers who submitted a regular request.

Voucher was valid until the expiry date mentioned on the communication received via email.

8) Can i use my Voucher to purchase tickets to events organized by a different event Organizer?

No, you can't. The credit on your voucher can only be redeemed against the events organized by the same event Organizer of the event for which the refund has been paid.

9) Can I use more than one voucher in the same purchase?

Yes, you can use more than one voucher in one transaction, to purchase tickets to events organized by the same event Organizer for which the refund has been paid.

10) If the cost of the ticket I want to purchase exceeds the redeemable value of my Voucher, how do I pay for the remainder?

The remaining balance can be paid with any other accepted payment methods displayed at checkout.

11) If the purchase price of an event ticket is less than the value of my Voucher, the residual credit will be lost?

The residual credit balance of your Voucher may be redeemed in the future to purchase events organized by the same Organizer, within the expiry date and until the full value will be exhausted.

12) Can I gain admission to the event if I show my Voucher?

No, you can't. The voucher is not a ticket and gives no right to enter the venue.

13) I have not received the email with my voucher code. Why?

If you have not received the email, please check you have carried out the correct procedure to request your voucher, as indicated at this page www.ticketone.it/info-rimborsi and make sure that the email address you provided during purchase and voucher request is valid and still in use.

I received a reimbursement through a voucher but I want to convert it in monetary reimbursement. Is it possible?

The conversion of the vouchers into a monetary refund is possible ONLY for the cancelled pop music concerts.
