Orders completed with another payment system, even if connected with a Visa card, will not be considered valid for the issuing of a TicketOne Voucher.
The voucher will be sent via e-mail by TicketOne within 15 (fifteen) days from the Order date and will remain valid for spending until February 1, 2027.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE INITIATIVE “Visa Click To Pay Reward”
Eligible participants and terms of participation
All individuals who, within the duration of the specified initiative, complete an order (hereinafter, the "Order") on www.ticketone.it or via the TicketOne APP, utilizing exclusively “Visa Click to Pay” as the payment method (hereinafter, the "Initiative"), shall subsequently receive a TicketOne Voucher of 10,00 (ten) euro (hereinafter, the "TicketOne Voucher") via e-mail. There is no minimum spending required to receive the TicketOne Voucher.
Orders completed with another payment system, even if connected with a Visa card, will not be considered valid for the issuing of a TicketOne Voucher.
Initiative Period
The initiative takes place from December 17, 2025 to January 16, 2026*, subject to the availability of the provision of TicketOne Vouchers made available by Visa. Any potential extensions to the initiative's duration will be communicated on the page: www.ticketone.it/visa_reward
TicketOne Voucher Characteristics
A single TicketOne Voucher of 10,00 (ten) euro shall be issued for each valid Order completed in accordance with the specifications described above.
The TicketOne Voucher shall be redeemed exclusively on the website www.ticketone.it or within the TicketOne APP and shall remain valid until February 1, 2027; subsequent to the expiration date, it shall no longer be usable.
The amount of the TicketOne Voucher can be used for one or more purchases until until its full value is exhausted and in any case until February 1, 2027. If your order total is more than your TicketOne Voucher value, the remaining amount may be paid with other payment methods available during the checkout process.
The TicketOne Voucher is non-rechargeable, non-transferable and non-convertible into cash.

Transmission of the TicketOne Vouchers to eligible participants
The TicketOne Vouchers shall be transmitted by TicketOne via e-mail to the email address associated with the account utilized for completing the Order within 15 (fifteen) days following the date of the Order.
Liability regarding the TicketOne Voucher receipt and redemption
TicketOne shall not be held liable for the non-receipt of the TicketOne Voucher by the consumer when such failure is directly attributable to any of the following occurrences:
• the mailbox of the eligible user is over capacity or deactivated;
• the email address provided by the user during the checkout process is non-existent, inaccurate, or incomplete;
• the email transmitting the TicketOne Voucher is redirected to the spam folder.
It is stipulated that the risk of loss of the TicketOne Voucher, as well as the right of ownership thereof, shall be transferred to the user at the moment of transmission by TicketOne. TicketOne and Visa shall not be liable in any way for the potential loss or damage resulting from the loss or theft of a TicketOne Voucher, or from its unauthorised use. The TicketOne Voucher shall not be subject to resale.
Finally, it is specified that no liability shall be attributed to TicketOne in the event of improper use of the aforementioned TicketOne Vouchers by the consumers, or in the event of use by individuals who are not of a suitable age or suitable physical and mental condition.
Processing of the personal data
It is informed that, with reference to this initiative, the e-mail address utilized for completing the Order shall be processed not only for the purposes indicated into the privacy policy regarding the treatment of personal data pursuant to art. 13 of the European Regulation 679/2016 (the “GDPR”) available at the following link www.ticketone.it/en/help/data-protection/, but also for purpose of the distribution of the TicketOne Voucher.
With regard to the data processing, the duration and the exercise of rights recognized by the GDPR, please read the aforementioned privacy policy.
*The initiative was extended on January 15, 2026
