How it works

STEP 1

Buy tickets

Book your event with the TicketOne.Pass shipping option using your smartphone, tablet or on the PC.

STEP 2

Open TicketOne APP

Open the TicketOne APP or download it first. Log in to the app with your TicketOne account details.

STEP 3

Retrieve tickets

Retrieve your tickets in the appropriate section of the TicketOne APP. Once the tickets have been accessed on your smartphone, they are also available offline.

STEP 4

QR code for admission

Retrieve the tickets in the TicketOne APP and have them ready for admission at the event. Please note: the QR code for admission will appear 24h before the event unless otherwise indicated.

Ticket resale

  • The resale of tickets is possible via fanSALE and can be easily started only in the TicketOne APP.

  • Important: The respective organiser decides possibility and timing tickets can be resold - information on this can be found at the event page.
