TicketOne is not the promoter of the event, but provides for distributing tickets on behalf of the promoter. Consequently, the kind of seat to be offered for sale from time to time by TicketOne, as well as the procedures and the extent of Tickets reimbursement in case of cancellation of the event, are solely consequence of the promoters decisions, with the exclusion of any intervention and responsibility of TicketOne.
In the case of cancellation of the event, non-complying with the procedures to be indicated by the promoter for the tickets reimbursement may imply forfeiture of the right to obtain such reimbursement. The Promoter is entitled not to refund the quota part of the price corresponding to the pre-sale fee. In no event the service fees charged by TicketOne shall be refunded.

L’ingresso principale (A) della Festa dista 1.5 km dalla stazione di Reggio Emilia.
Come raggiungere il PARCHEGGIO A
Per chi arriva dalla zona sud di Reggio Emilia
Percorrendo viale del Partigiano in direzione tangenziale e aeroporto, dopo il cavalcavia (che oltrepassa i binari ferroviari) si arriva immediatamente all’ingresso della Festa. Per il parcheggio A, occorre sorpassare (in direzione Gavassa – Correggio) la rotonda dell’ingresso pedonale della Festa e anche la rotonda seguente, l’ingresso del Parcheggio A si trova sulla sinistra, appena dopo la rotonda.
Per chi arriva da ovest sulla tangenziale (ad es. da Parma) e dall’autostrada A1
Seguire le indicazioni “FestaReggio”, posizionate sia in uscita dall’autostrada che sulla tangenziale. Le indicazioni vi guideranno in tangenziale direzione Modena, fino all’uscita numero 3 con indicazione “Aeroporto”. Dopo essere usciti dalla tangenziale prendere la seconda uscita della prima rotonda (in direzione Gavassa – Correggio). L’ingresso del Parcheggio A si trova sulla sinistra, appena dopo la rotonda.
Per chi proviene da est sulla tangenziale, ad es. da Rubiera – Modena
Utilizzare l’uscita numero 3 della tangenziale, con indicazione “Aeroporto”. All’uscita della tangenziale, imboccare la seconda uscita della rotonda (in direzione centro) e superare il cavalcavia. L’ingresso del Parcheggio A si trova sulla sinistra, appena dopo la rotonda.
Come raggiungere il PARCHEGGIO B – Villa Curta
Per chi arriva da est
Seguire le indicazioni “FestaReggio”, posizionate lungo la via Emilia (all’altezza della frazione di San Maurizio). Vi indirizzeranno verso il Parcheggio B, accessibile da via Montagnani Marelli. Il parcheggio B è accessibile anche dalla frazione di Gavassa, seguendo le apposite indicazioni, che segnalano la svolta in via Fleming e successivamente a destra in via Montagnani Marelli.
Entrambi gli ingressi della Festa sono dotati di due ampi parcheggi. Il parcheggio dei motocicli e il parcheggio disabili sono ubicati presso il Parcheggio B – Villa Curta.
Il parcheggio disabili è raggiungibile, a differenza degli altri anni, tramite il parcheggio B Villa Curta. I visitatori che necessitano di utilizzare questo parcheggio sono pregati di entrare dal parcheggio B, perché non sarà possibile attraversare la Festa entrando da via dell’Aeronautica. FestaReggio è priva di barriere architettoniche. Ogni singolo evento del calendario sarà fruibile dalle persone diversamente abili. Saranno inoltre predisposti servizi igienici dedicati in vari punti della Festa.
