Se venite da Roma o Napoli potete percorrere l'A1 verso sud ed imboccare la A16 verso Pescara-Bari. Dopo l'A14, si prosegue sulla Superstrada E55 e si arriva a Lecce. Dal nord Italia, invece, basta prendere l'A1 fino a Bologna, poi l'A14 che prosegue sulla costa adriatica fino alla Puglia.

Il "Teatro Politeama Greco di Lecce" si trova nelle vicinanze del Castello Carlo V. Fu cosi chiamato perché costruito alla fine del 1800 da Donato Greco. Più volte, nel corso degli anni la struttura è stata sottoposta a restauri e adeguamenti tecnici. Rappresenta il più importante teatro del Salento ed uno dei più antichi del meridione d’Italia.
