Frida Kahlo was born on 6 July 1907 in Mexico City. A celebrated painter, she led a life marked by dramatic events and a profound exploration of the self through her art. Her works, pervaded with intensity, are a personal journey that reflects her experiences of pain and love. The accident that marked her forever did not extinguish her light: it made her eternal. She painted pain as a sacred confession, turning suffering into a form of rebirth.
