Services for Organized Groups
A service that allows organized groups of at least 15 people to book and purchase tickets for most of the events listed on the website www.ticketone.it , excluding VIP packages, presales, and all those events for which names are required (e.g., soccer matches).
Our service is dedicated to organised groups of at least 15 people. Contact us directly to check the possibility of booking tickets for your event and the pricing conditions.
In order to best manage your request, please send us an email directly specifying:
- Complete group details: company name, address, telephone number, email address, name and surname of the group contact person
- Event details: name of the show, date and time
- Sector(s) of interest
- Number of tickets per sector(s)
Services for Companies
A Corporate Package which meets the specific companies needs wishing to incentivize their executives and/or selected clients.
The Corporate Package is a paid service valid for one year, which includes the following services:
- a dedicated contact person for information about events
- the option to book tickets for hot events (events of major international and national appeal)
- the option to book even a few tickets for standard events
This service can be customized according to the needs of each company.

Gift Voucher
A prepaid voucher which can only be spent on the website www.ticketone.it for incentive initiatives reserved for its customers and/or employees or for activities aimed at the consumer.
TicketOne.it Gift Vouchers are prepaid vouchers which can be spent on most events available on the website www.ticketone.it where the “Spend your Voucher” box is visible, with the exception of certain sporting events (e.g., all soccer matches). The maximum duration is 1 year from activation and the value of each Gift Voucher ranges from a minimum of €10 to a maximum of €250. There is a different management fee depending on the type of initiative requested and an agreement must be signed.
If you are interested in purchasing more than 10 Gift Vouchers, please send an email specifying:
- Complete company details: company name, address, telephone number, email address
- Type of initiative: internal company initiatives such as incentives and gifts for customers and/or employees; or for consumers such as contests with prizes, instant wins, catalogs, prize promotions
- Value and number of Gift Vouchers
